Overview
Multidisciplinary team of physicians discuss the latest staging, NCCN (Thoracic Specific Guidelines) and study materials as applicable for each patient presented. The physicians are fully engaged in finding the best treatment available for favorable outcomes.

Objectives

At the end of this course, participants should be able to:
  1. Utilize a Multidisciplinary, Case-Based Approach to discuss recent treatment guidelines to improve care for various cancer patients
  2. Evaluate current clinical trials underway so that appropriate cancer patients may be considered for enrollment in those trials
  3. Share lessions learned in treatment of difficult cases in order to provide alternative therapies and/pr develop new protocols for management of cancer patients
  4. Review site specific NCCN / Thoracic Specific Guidelines as appropriate per case
