Overview

This conference trains and educates the multidisciplinary neuro intensivists, epilepsy, stroke and surgeons as a part of the critical care team with updated knowledge of neuro critical care treatment diagnostics.



Objectives

At the end of this course, participants should be able to:
  1. Increase the competence and standard of care in managing challenging neuro critical care patients.
  2. Discuss current ACNS ICU EEG monitoring guidelines and evaluate the current implementation of those guidelines.
  3. Improve the standard of care in neuro critical care for future generations of care providers.
  4. Propose new institutional standards of practices based on the guidelines, if or as needed.
