Statements for marketing materials, i.e., Save-the-Dates, flyers, mailers, etc.

Accredited providers are responsible for informing participants when they have designated an activity for credit.  Providers do this thru their marketing that contains the required Accreditation Statement that indicates the organization is accredited and by whom.  The Designation Statement indicates the number of credits the activity has been approved for.

Accreditation Statement:
Florida Hospital is accredited by the Florida Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation Statement:
Florida Hospital designates this (live, online, Journal-Based) activity for a maximum of (enter the number approved) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

1. How do I create a profile on Cloud CME?

  A. Please click this link and follow the instructions.

2. Can I create a profile using a phone or tablet?

  A. No, the initial profile has to be created on a laptop or desktop. Note - creating a profile and linking your phone is a one-time thing.

3. My account is locked. How do I get into it?

  A.  Please contact the CME Department at (407) 303-2858.

4. How will I know the code to text to receive credit for an event?

  A. The event coordinator will give you the code at the start of the presentation. You have 60 minutes before, during, and 60 minutes after an event to text the code in. Failure to do so in this time period will result in the attendee not receiving credit. Technical problems can be dealt with on a case by case basis.

5. I've taken the test for an online module but it's not showing up on my transcript and I can't see the certificate.

  A. You must complete the evaluation to receive credit and your certificate. Once completed the course will appear on your transcript and you can view print, email and/or download the certificate.

6. How do I access my transcript and certificates?

  A. Once logged on, click on the yellow "My CME" button then the desired option - Profile, Transcript or Evaluations & Certificates.  For your transcript select the "Transcript" button. For any certificates select the "Evaluations and Certificates" button.  You can download and/or email from these pages.

7. I'm trying to access a test/video for an online module, but it doesn't show up.

  A. Try clearing the cache/browser history. If this doesn't work you will have to contact the FHPN Resolution Center to determine whether it's a website issue or computer issue. If the problem appears to be with your computer then an MIS support ticket will be initiated for you.
