This module discusses the Florida Board of Medicine five most frequently misdiagnosed conditions and fulfills the State of Florida license renewal requirement for physicians.  This module does not meet the nursing board requirements.

Objectives
  1. Describe the elements of a "root cause analysis."
  2. Identify strategies to improve healthcare handoffs.
  3. Discuss error reduction and prevention.
