Target Audience

A family cruise to allow for time with loved ones and two sessions focused on learning new ways creating productive conversations that lead to reduced conflict and improved civility through trust-building and active listening.

  1. Identify effective listening skills used to set a foundation for productive relationships and conversations.
  2. Identify sources of conflict that may impact performance of medical team members and interfere with attainment of core competencies.
  3. Employ a structured approach to conflict resolution built on professionalism and relationships.
  4. Deliver meaningful positive language to reframe conflict moments into constructive learning opportunities
  5. Display an ability to manage the stress that conflict creates.


Preparations for our 5th Annual Wellbeing Cruise are underway and we're excited to announce this year we will be sailing with Royal Caribbean. Our voyage aboard the Enchantment of the Seas will take us from Port Canaveral to Nassau and Coco Cay in the Bahamas.

Spend your mornings connecting with physicians and advanced practice providers during engaging presentations while your afternoons remain free for on-shore excursions, quality time with your family, or unwinding by the pool.
