Overview
This module assists in educating Pediatric care providers about Substance Use Disorders, as well as, teaching how to screen, intervene and manage these disorders in the pediatric population.  It also helps by providing information regarding the learning objectives for Substance Use Disorders and their management.

Objectives
  1. Describe the brain changes that occur with SUD.
  2. Discuss the screening tests for SUD.
  3. Identify patients that will respond to brief interventions vs. those needing specialized treatment.
  4. Explain the therapies that are the hallmarks of excellent treatment programs.
